Objective:
- Clarification of a possible chromosomal change – after conspicuous Screening 12 or in case of increased risk for familial hereditary genetic diseases
We are one of the few prenatal diagnostic centers in Austria that offer invasive diagnostics as early as the 12th week of pregnancy.
During the chorionic villus biopsy, tissue is removed from the placenta through the abdominal wall using a puncture needle – under constant ultrasound monitoring. The tissue is examined for chromosomal changes. According to recent studies, the risk of miscarriage in prenatal diagnostic centers is 0.25% percent.
- First results are available approximately 24-72 hours after the examination.

After the respective examination you will receive an invoice. You can pay us by debit or credit card at your convenience.
Your ultrasound images are immediately available to you digitally
A special EDP program makes it possible to transmit the ultrasound images and video sequences to a cell phone number or an Email address of your choice by means of a secure link. Thus, if you wish, you can get the images immediately on your smartphone.
